Express is an intimate voice reflection and journaling space designed to help you process your thoughts, feelings, and daily experiences without judgment. By accessing or using Express, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Important Notice: Express is a self-guided journaling tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, therapy, or emergency crisis care. 3. Ownership of Your Voice & Content
You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all audio recordings, transcripts, notes, and titles created within your Express space. We do not claim any copyright or license over your personal reflections. Your words are entirely yours.
4. Storage, Google Drive & Offline Use
Express is architected to prioritize local autonomy:
- Local Storage: Your recordings are stored securely inside your browser's private database (IndexedDB). Clearing your browser cache or site data may remove locally cached moments unless synced or backed up.
- Google Drive Integration: If you connect Google Drive, your moments are synchronized directly with your personal Google Drive account under its private application data folder. You are responsible for maintaining your Google account credentials and storage quota.
- ZIP Backups: Express provides full ZIP export and restore capabilities. We encourage you to create periodic offline backups of your archive.
5. Acceptable Use
Express is provided for personal, lawful, and reflective purposes. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the integrity of the application, bypass authentication safeguards, or reverse-engineer its components for malicious intent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Express is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take pride in building a reliable and secure space, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that hardware, browser, or network anomalies will never impact recording playback.
